Articles of Association
This is the latest articles of association (French: Statuts d'entreprise) document of the company.
The articles of association, or certificate of incorporation, forms the company's creation, lists the company structure, rules of governance, relations to third-parties and between stakeholders (shareholders and stocks, associates and owners, executives, etc...), and must necessarily be written and filed when the company is created, or its structure or ownership changes.
The Articles of Association's history is regardless of the month history current setting.
