Act
An act is a unilateral decision concerning the company's structure, stakeholders, or management. They are also, or are related to, formalities and official registrations by the company. They are filed at a Trade and Companies Registry court, and contain identification, descriptions, or formalities of the company
The Act's history is regardless of the month history current setting.
